* Risk of Loss: All items purchased from DUO BAR & BOK are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* Temperature Sensitivity: Due to the nature of chocolate, we take precautions to ship products to arrive in optimal condition. We are not responsible for damage or melting that occurs during transit, especially in warm weather, once the package leaves our facility. You acknowledge and accept this risk when ordering chocolate.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
* Refunds: Refunds or replacements are offered solely at our discretion, typically only for verified errors in order fulfillment (e.g., wrong item sent) or significant damage to packaging that compromises the product's quality, provided the damage did not occur due to shipping carrier negligence or temperature/weather.
* Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order is marked as "In Processing" or "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property
